ENTITLED "ST. LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE", RELATING TO PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1076, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 15, 1969 THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 6:231 entitled "Violations and Penalty" of Ordinance No. 730 passed December 28, 1959 entitled "St. Louis Park' - Zoning Ordinance", as amended by Ordinance No. 1076, adopted September 15, 1969, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 730 Passed December 28, 1959, Entitled 'St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance' Relating to Penalty For Violation Thereof, Section 6:231 Entitled 'Violation and Penalty'," is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:231 - Violation and Penalty - Any person, firm, corporation, or voluntary association which violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of_this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
