LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, AND ORDINANCE NO. 920, ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SALES OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND BEER TO MINORS". THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 4:854 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code and Section 4:854 of Ordinance No. 920, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Sales of Intoxicating Liquor and Beer to Minors," adopted September 14, 1964 is amended to read as follows: Section 4:854. Employment of Minors. It shall be unlawful for any person to employ any person under 21 years of age in any rooms constituting the place in which alcoholic beverages are sold at retail "on sale" or "off sale" except that persons under 21 years of age may be employed to perform the duties of a busboy or dishwashing services in places defined as a restaurant or hotel or motel serving food in rooms in which intoxicating liquors are sold at retail "on sale", and excepting, further, that a person who has attained the age of 17 years may be employed in any restaurant licensed for the sale of non -intoxicating malt liquor, the principal part of the business of which is the serving of food. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonrrent for not to exceed 90 days, or both. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council September 29, 1969.
