LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE IN SECTION 2:108 (a), ENTITLED "CONDITIONS OF LICENSE AND REGULATIONS; SALES TO MINORS PROHIBITED". THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 2:108 (a) of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code entitled "Conditions of License and Regulations" shall be amended to read as follows: Section 2:108. Conditions of License and Regulations: (a) Employment of Minors; Sale to Minors and Intoxicated Persons Prohibited. No person shall sell non -intoxicating malt liquor to any person under 21 years of age nor to any intoxicated person. No person under 21 years of age shall be employed in any place where non -intoxicating malt liquor is sold or served in any capacity relating to the selling or serving thereof, except that a person who has attained the age of 17 years may be employed in any restaurant licensed for the sale of non -intoxicating malt liquor, the principal part of the business of which is the serving of food. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not to exceed ninety days, or both. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council September 29, 1Z6_,9.
