LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE" RELATING TO PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, SECTION 6:231 ENTITLED; "VIOLATION AND PENALTY" THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 6:231 of Ordinance No. 730 passed December 28, 1959 entitled "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:231 - Violation and Penalty - Any person, firm, corporation, or voluntary association which violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both to which the costs of prosecution may he added. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. (8) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society.
