LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHI NGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lot 31, Block 3, Minikanda Vista Second Addition from R-4, One to Eleven Family Residence District to R-2, Single Family Residence District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the R-2, Single Family Residence District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District.
