AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF
ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. .;_,OUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted
December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is
hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by
reclassifying the following described land, to -wit:
That part of the northeast one-quarter of Section 1, Township 117,
Range 22, lying west of the East 724 feet and Easterly of the following
described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said
Northeast one-quarter; thence on a bearing of North 88 degrees 52
minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 856. 36 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence South 21 degrees 43
minutes 01 second East to its intersection with the West line of
the East 724 feet of said Northeast one-quarter; from R -B,
Residential Business District to B-2, General Business District; and
That part of the Ncrth 800 feet of the East 724 feet of the Northeast
one-quarter of Section 1, Township 117, Range 22, lying West of the
following described line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of
the said Northeast one-quarter; thence on a bearing of North 88
degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 856. 36 feet to
the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 21
degrees 43 minutes 01 second East a distance of 427. 35 feet; thence
Southerly a distance of 128. 15 feet along a tangential curve concave
to the West, having a radius of 310.91 feet and a central angle of
23 degrees 37 minutes 01 second; thence South 1 degree 54 minutes
West, tangent to said curve a distance of 349. 98 feet and there
terminating; and
That part of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 1, Township 117,
Range 22, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
corner of the said Northeast one-quarter; thence on a bearing of
North 88 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 856. 36
feet; thence South 21 degrees 43 minutes 01 second East a distance
of 427. 35 feet; thence Southerly a distance of 128. 15 feet along a
tangential curve concave to the West, having a radius of 310.91
feet and a central angle of 23 degrees 37 minutes 01 second;

thence South 1 degree 54 minutes West tangent to said curve to
its intersection with the South line of the North 800 feet of the said
Northeast one-quarter and the point of beginning of the tract to
be described; thence continue along last described course to a
point distant 349. 98 feet South as measured from the termination
of the last described curve; thence Southwesterly a distance
of 172.26 feet along a tangential curve concave to the North-
west having a radius of 135. 39 feet and a central angle of
72 degrees 54 minutes 03 seconds; thence South 74 degrees
48 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 128.41 feet; thence
South 1 degree 02 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 506. 09
feet; thence South 87 degrees 33 minutes 25 seconds West a
distance of 425.0 feet; thence North 1 degree 02 minutes 29
seconds East a distance of 265. 15 feet; thence South 87 degrees
33 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 165. 30 feet; thence
South 1 degree 02 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 369.29
feet to the Northerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 12;
thence Westerly along said Northerly right of way line to its
intersection with the West line of said Northeast one-quarter;
thence Northerly along said West line to its intersection with
the South line of the North 800 feet of said Northeast one-quarter ;
thence Easterly along said South line to the point of beginning.
from B-2, General Business District to R -B, Residential Business
District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the B-2,
General Business District and R -B, Residential Business District as
hereinbefore described, all of which uses shall comply with all of the
regulations applicable to said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.

is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted
to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly
duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and
advertisements (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports
to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly dehvered to paying subscribers, has an average of
at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears
and has entry as second-class matter in its local post -office (5) Said newspaper purports to
serve the City of St Louis Park in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of
ue in the City of Bloomington in said county, estabhshed and open during its regular business

trol during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular

ORDAIN
Section 1 The St Lotus Park Zoning
Ordinance adopted December 28 1959 Or-
dinance No 730 as heretofore amended is
hereby further amended by changing the
