LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 965, ADOPTED MARCH 7, 1966, RELATING TO PARKING OF VEHICLES THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1.. That the Section 3:120 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code entitled "General Parking Restrictions" is hereby amended to read /6-303 (&AM411 as ;ol `ws: ` � '``1/ ection 3:120. General Parking Restrictions. No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon the paved or improved or main travelled part of any street or highway in this City of St. Louis Park when it is practical to stop, park or so leave such vehicle off such part of the street or highway, but in every event a clear and unobstructed width of at least twenty (20) feet of such part of the street or highway shall be left for the free passage of other vehicles, and a clear view of such stopped vehicle shall be available for a distance of two hundred (200) feet in each direction upon such street or highway. No vehicle shall be parked continuously at any place in any public street for a period of more than twelve hours. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council March 3, 1969. (8) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society.
