LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE' ADOPTING SECTIONS 6:125, 6:126, 6:127, 6:128, 6:129 ESTABLISHING B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT, ADDING SECTION 6:173, SUBDIVISION 4 RELATING TO SIGNS IN B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTIONS 6:049.3, GENERAL CONDITIONS; 6:051, DISTRICTS AND MAPS; 6:131, PER- FORMANCE STANDARDS; 6:171. 1 SUBDIVISION 11, SPECIAL PROVISIONS; 6:176.3 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT UNITS; TO MAKE PROVISION THEREIN FOR B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT" BY ADDING SUBDIVISION 7 TO SAID SECTION 6:129, RELATING TO REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS IN B-3 DISTRICTS FOR LANDS ABUTTING RAILROAD TRACKAGE THE CITY OF ST, LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1, That Section 6:129 of Ordinance No. 786 passed May 22, 1961, entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 730 passed December 28, 1959, entitled 'St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance' Adopting Sections 6:125, 6:126, 6:127, 6:128, 6:129 Establishing B-3 Business District, Adding Section 6:173, Subdivision 4 Relating to Signs in B-3 Business District and Amending Sections 6:049.3, General Conditions; 6:051, Districts and Maps; 6:131, Performance Standards; 6:171.1 Sub- division 11, Special Provisions; 6:176.3 Industrial Development Units; To Make Provision Therein for B-3 Business District," is hereby amended by adding Subdivision 7 to Section 6:129 thereof, which reads as follows: Section 6:129, Subdivision 7: Where a lot has railroad trackage abutting the rear lot line, and the property abutting such rear lot line is not in an R District, there shall be no rear yard requirement abutting the trackage in providing a railroad loading facility. - Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
