LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE' ADOPTING SECTIONS 6:125, 6:126, 6:127, 6:128, 6:129 ESTABLISHING B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT, ADDING SECTION 6:173, SUBDIVISION 4 RELATING TO SIGNS IN B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTIONS 6:049.3, GENERAL CONDITIONS; 6:051, DISTRICTS AND MAPS; 6:131, PER- FORMANCE STANDARDS; 6:171. 1 SUBDIVISION 11, SPECIAL PROVISIONS; 6:176.3 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT UNITS; TO MAKE PROVISION THEREIN FOR B-3 BUSINESS DISTRICT" BY ADDING SUBDIVISION 7 TO SAID SECTION 6:129, RELATING TO REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS IN B-3 DISTRICTS FOR LANDS ABUTTING RAILROAD TRACKAGE THE CITY OF ST, LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1, That Section 6:129 of Ordinance No. 786 passed May 22, 1961, entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 730 passed December 28, 1959, entitled 'St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance' Adopting Sections 6:125, 6:126, 6:127, 6:128, 6:129 Establishing B-3 Business District, Adding Section 6:173, Subdivision 4 Relating to Signs in B-3 Business District and Amending Sections 6:049.3, General Conditions; 6:051, Districts and Maps; 6:131, Performance Standards; 6:171.1 Sub- division 11, Special Provisions; 6:176.3 Industrial Development Units; To Make Provision Therein for B-3 Business District," is hereby amended by adding Subdivision 7 to Section 6:129 thereof, which reads as follows: Section 6:129, Subdivision 7: Where a lot has railroad trackage abutting the rear lot line, and the property abutting such rear lot line is not in an R District, there shall be no rear yard requirement abutting the trackage in providing a railroad loading facility. - Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Minnesota W JOHN BERTRAM, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all times here stated has been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known as The St Louis Park Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears and has entry as second-class matter in its local post -office (5) Said newspaper purports to rve the City of St Louis Park in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of e in the City of Hopkins in said county, established and open during its regular business rs for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and main- ained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and con- trol during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto (8) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
