ORDINANCE NO. 1032
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ZONING
ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959,
Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by
changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described
lands from their existing Land Use District classification to the new Land Use
District classifications as indicated for each tract as hereinafter set forth, to -wit:
1. Lots 1 through 12 and Lots 16 through 28, Block 1, John A. Johnsons
Addition, from I-1 Industrial District to B-2 General Business District
2. Lots 7 through 19, Block 2, John A. Johnsons Addition, from I-1
Industrial District to B-2 General Business District
3. Lot 1, Rorbachs Addition, from I-1 Industrial District to B-2 General
Business District
4. Commencing at a point in the north line of northeast one-quarter of
southeast one-quarter distance 215 3/10 feet west from the northeast
corner thereof; thance south at right angles 110 3/10 feet to the actual
point of beginning; thence continuing south 250 4/10feet; thence east
121 56/100; thence northerly 226 03/100 feet to a point 130 feet
easterly from the point of beginning; thence westerly to beginning
except road. Parcel 5025, Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, from
I-1 Industrial District to B-2 General Business District.
5. Commencing at a point on the north line of the northeast one-quarter
of the southeast one-quarter distance 215 3/10 feet west of the north-
east corner of the northeast one-quarter of the southeast one-quarter;
thence south at right angles 320 45/100 feet; thence west parallel with
the north line of the northeast one-quarter of the southeast one-quarter
a distance of 208 75/100 feet; thence north to a point on the north line
of the northeast one-quarter of the southeast one-quarter distance
208 75/100 feet west of the beginning; thence east 208 75/100 feet
to the beginning except state highway. Parcel 6400, Section 5, Township
117, Range 21, from I-1 Industrial District to B-2 General Business
District
6. Lots 1 through 16, Block 4, John A. Johnsons Addition, from I-1
Industrial District and B-3 Business District to R-4 One to Eleven
Family Residence District.
7. The area bounded by the center line of Hampshire Avenue, the center
line of West 14th Street extended westerly, the center line of Dakota
Avenue and a line beginning at a point in the east line of Hampshire
Avenue 550 feet south of the center line of Trunk Highway No. 12;
thence in an easterly direction and ending at a point in the west
line of Dakota Avenue 470 feet south of the Center line of Trunk Highway
No. 12, Section 5, Township 117, Rz nge 21, from R-4 One to Eleven
Family Residence District to B-2 General Business District.
all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said Use
Districts.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.

equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and
is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted
to news of Local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly
duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and
advertisements (4) Said newspaper is circulated in and near the municipality which it purports
to serve, has at least 500 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has an average of
at least 75% of its total circulation currently paid or no more than three months in arrears
and has entry as second-class matter m its local post -office (5) Said newspaper purports to

paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day
or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of
State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the
form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and
sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper
