LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE ENTITLED PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES BY ADDING SECTION 6:093. 11 THERETO RELATIVE TO ACCESSORY USES IN TT -1E R-4 AND R -B USE DISTRICT THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Section 6:093 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, entitled Permitted Accessory Uses is hereby amended by adding thereto - Subdivision 6:093. 11 which shall be as follows: Section 6:093. ]. Gift shop, barber shop, valet shop, pipe and tobacco shop and news stand any one of which uses shall not exceed 1, 500 square feet; and restaurant, drug store, delicatessen and grocery store, any one of which uses shall not exceed 4, 000 square feet, provided, however, the total area in retail sale and service uses by combining any two or more of such uses, shall not exceed 5,000 square feet of floor area. Such accessory uses shall be primarily for the convenience of the tenants and visiting public, provided that such uses are located within a principal building containing at least 50, 000 square feet of floor area in office use, a part of a multi -family complex containing 500 dwelling units under the same -ownership, or a hospital. There shall be no advertising or display visible from outside the building. Such uses shall be accessible to the public only through a lobby. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
