LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: That part of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of Section 30, Township 29, Range 24 which lies North of the centerline of Cedar Lake Road; which lies East of the centerline of the railway spur track which lies in a Northerly -Southerly direction across said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter; which lies South of the North line of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one- quarter; and which lies West of a line drawn from a point in the North line of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter distant 1195.42 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof to a point in the South line of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter distant 1196.54 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof: EXCEPT for that part of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter lying North of a line drawn parallel with, two hundred (200) feet South of, and measured at right angles to, the North line of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter, and lying West of the Southerly extension of the West line of Registered Land Survey Number 864, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County. That part of the South one-half of the southwest one-quarter of Section 30, Township 29, Range 24 which lies North of the centerline of Cedar Lake r oad; which lies West of the Westerly line of the right of way of State Trunk Highway Number 100; which lies South of the North line of the South one-half of the southwest one-quarter of said Section; and which lies East of a lire drawn from a point in the North line of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of said Section distant 1195.42 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof to a point in the South line of said southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter distant 1196.54 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof. 1110 from R-2 Sinvic.W r,il.r Rp40t,-;r+ and T-2 Industrial District to • B-2 General Business District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the B-2 General Business District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said Use District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. W JOHN BERTRAM, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been the general manager and printer of the newspaper known as The St Louis Park Dispatch and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows. (1) Said newspaper is printed m the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements.
