LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DCES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Crdinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lot 1 and Lot 3, Block 1, Aquila Park Addition from R-3 Two Family Residence District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District, and said lands may be used for permitted uses of the R-4 One to Eleven Family District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council June 19, 1967. JOHN BERTRAM, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been the general manager and printer of the newspaper known as The St Louis Park Dispatch and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language m newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local mterest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements.
