LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE;CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. .Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lot C, Registered Land Survey No. 900 Lot 3, Block 1, Udstrand's Addition Lot 1, Block 2, Udstrand's Addition from R-3 Two Family Residence District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the R-4 One to Eleven Family District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said Use District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council July 18, 1966 Attest: Reviewed for administration: Approved as to form and legality: 'v.
