LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY C)F ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, 'Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following de- scribed lands from their existing Land Use District classifications to the new Land Use District classifications as indicated for each tract as hereinafter set forth, to -wit: Tract:B; Registered Land Survey No. 57, except the south 75 feet thereof from R-1, Single Family Residence Use District to R-2, Single Family Residence Use District. Tracts V, W, and X of Registered Land Survey No. 57, from R-1 Single Family Residence Use District to R-3, Two Family Residence Use District. Lots 1 through 6 and the east one-half (?) of Lot 7, Block 1, Eaton's Third Addition, from R-1, Single Family Residence Use District to R-2, Single Family Residence Use District. Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Eaton's Third Addition, from R-1, Single Family Residence Use District to R-2, Single Family Residence Use District. Lots 1 through 4, Block 3, Eaton's Third Addition, from R-1, Sing1.: Family Residence Use District to R-2 Single Family Residence Ur e District. Tracts B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I, Registered Land Survey No. 57, from R-1, Single Family Residence Use District to R-2 Single Family Residence Use District. Commencing at the southwest corner of Government Lot 4; thence north along the west line thereof to intersection with a line parallel with and 135 feet south of the westerly extension of the north line of Block 3, Eaton's First Addition; thence east along said parallel line to the west line of Block 3, Eaton's First Addition; thence south to a point 80 feet north from south line of Government Lot 4; thence west 101.8 feet; thence south 80 feet to south line of Government Lot 4; thence west to bei;inning, except roads, and except that portion lying east of a line 300 feet west of and parallel to the west line of Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 3, EPton's First Addition, from R-1, Single Family Residence Use District and R-2, Single Family Residence Use District to R-3, Two Family Residence Use District, Section 9, Township 117, Range 21.
