LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICT`' THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES' ORDAIN: Fection 1. The Et. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following de- scribed lands from their existing Land Use District classifications to the new Land Use District classifications as indicated for each tract as hereinafter set forth, to -wit; Lots 1 through 8, Block 3, John A. Johnson's Addition, from I-1 Industrial District to R-4, One to Eleven Family Residence District. Lots 9 through 16 and south one-half of Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 4, Jahn A. Johnson's Addition from R -B Residential Business District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District. Commencing at the northeast corner of Westwood Park; thence west to the northwest corner thereof; thence south to the north line of Westwood Park Second Addition; thence west along said north line to a point 165 feet east from west line of east one-half of southeast one-quarter; thence north parallel with said west line a distance of 115 feet; thence west parallel with north line of aforesaid addition to .vest line of east one-half of southeast one-quarter; thence north to north line thereof; -thence east to a point 424.5 feet west from northeast corner thereof; thence south at right angles 320.45 feet; thence east at right angles 208.25 feet; thence south at right angles 40.25 feet; thence east at right angles to cast line of southeast one-quarter; thence south to beginning, except highway, Section 5, Township 117, Range 21 from I-1 Industrial District to B-2 General Business District, except that part lying south of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the east line of Hampshire Avenue, 550 feet south of the center line of Trunk Highway No. 12; thence in an easterly direction and ending at a point in the west line of Dakota Avenue 470 feet south of the cSnter line of Trunk Highway No. 12, Section 5, Township 117, Range 21, from I-1 Industrial District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District.
