LCUIS PARK ZCNING tCRDINANCE CHANGING LCUNDARIES CF ZCNING DISTRICTS THE CITY CF ST. LCUIS PARK DCES CRDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Crcinance adopted December 28, P;5;, Crc:inance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following des- cribed land, to -wit: All those parts of the NE SE4 of Section 7 and of the NW +, SW, of Section 8, Township 117 North, Range 21 West, Fifth Principal v.eric;ian, described as follows: Leginning at the intersection of a line parallel with and distant 50 feet southeasterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of main track of the "Hopkins Eranch" of the railway of the Great Northern Railway Company as originally located and constructed and distant 30 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, from a line designated as "Line A", hereinafter c:escribed; thence north- westerly parallel with said "Line A" and distant 30 feet northeasterly, .measured at right angles, therefrom for 577 feet, more or less, to a line parallel with and distant 50 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of main track of the railway of said Great Northern Railway Company as originally located and con- structed from St. Paul to Seattle; thence northeasterly parallel with said center line of main track and distant 50 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, therefrom for 1975 feet, more or less, to the cast line of said NW*SWy; thence south along said -east line of the 1\W4SW4 for 301 feet, more or less, to a point in said line parallel with and distant 50 feet southeasterly, measured at right angles, from said center line of main track of said "hopkins Eranch" as originally locatcu and constructed; thence southwesterly parallel with and distant 50 feet southeasterly, measured at right angles, from said center line of main track of said "Hopkins Eranch" for 18-,b feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
