LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARA DOES ORDAIN: • Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted ,)ece$nber 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by "reclassifying the following described land, to -wit. 3011 Texas Avenue - Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 4, Roanoke Acres; thence South 69.6 feet; thence East 131.95 feet; thence North 69.6 feet to a point in the South line of Lot 3, Block 4, said Addition; thence West 131.9 feet to beginning, Section 17, Township 117, Range 21 '' - and 3019 Texas Avenue - Commencing'at a point in the East line of Texas Avenue distant 69.6 feet South from the Southwest corner of trot 4, Block 4, Roanoke Acres; thence continuing South 66 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence North 66. 34 feet; thence -West 131. 95 feet to beginning, Section 17, Township 117, Range 21 from B-2 General Business District to R-3 Two Family Residence District, and said lands may be used for permitted uses of the R-3 Two Family Residence District , all of which uses shall comply with all .of. the regulations applicable to -said District. and ey reclassifying the following described land. to -wit: 3029 Texas Avenue - The South 66 feet of the North 364.6 feet of that part of the West one-half of the Northwgst one- quarter of the Northwest one-quarter (WI of NW* of NW*) • of the northwest one-quarter (NW*) lying West of the East 152 feet thereof, except road, Section 17, Township 117, Range 21 from R -Z Single Family Residence uistrict to R-3 Two Family Residence District, and said lands may be used for permitted usee of the R-3 Two Family Residence District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said *iistrict.
