LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: 3 The North eight hundred (800) feet of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 1, Township 117, North, Range 22, except the East seven hundred twenty-four (724) feet thereof from R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District to R -B Residential - Business District, and, said lands may be used for permitted uses of the R -B Residential -Business District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District, and by reclassif ying the following described land as follows, to -wit: That part of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 1, Township 117 North, Range 22 des- cribed as follows: Commencing on the North line of said Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) one hundred twenty-four (124) feet West of the North- east corner of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4), as measured along the North line of said Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) six hundred (600) feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) eight hundred (800) feet; thence East parallel with the North line of said Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) six hundred feet; thence Northerly eight hundred (800) feet, more or less, to the point of commence- ment from R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District to B-2 General -Business District, and said lands may be used for permitted uses of the B-2 General - Business District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District. • • Sect:on 2.
