ORDINANCE, NO. 927
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK ZONING
ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted
December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby
further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying
the following described land, to -wit: -
The East 52.5 feet of the West 240 feet of the North
174 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter (NEI of SWI) of Section 5, Township 117,
Range 21, except an easement for highway purposes

over the North fifty (50) feet thereof.
The East 52.5 feet of the South 66 feet of the North
240 feet of the West 240 feet of the Northeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 117,
Range 21, except easement for road purposes over •
the West thirty (30) feet thereof.
from R -B Residential -Business District and R-4 One to Eleven Family Residential
District to B-2 General -Business District, and said lands may be used for
permitted uses of the B-2 General -Business District, all of which uses shall
comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.
Adopted by the City Council October 26, 1964.
