LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE" SECTION 6:092 AND SECTION 6:102 RELATING TO USES BY SPECIAL PERMIT THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 6:092 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, entitled, "St. Louis Park 7oning Ordinance", is hereby amended by adding Section 6:092. 9, which reads as follows: Section 6:092.9. Grocery store supplying prepackaged commodities primarily for the residents of a multi- family complex containing one hundred fifty (150) units or more under the same ownership. Provided, however, that the structure, or any portion thereof to be used for the grocery story shall contain a retail sales area not to exceed four hundred (400) square feet plus one additional foot for each unit in the complex and that it shall not be closer than one thousand (1000) feet to the nearest B-1 or B-2 District that contains a grocery store nor nearer than one hundred fifty (150) feet to the nearest property line of multi -family complex. Section 2. That Section 6:102 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, entitled, "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance", is hereby amended by adding Section 6:102.4, which reads as follows: t Section 6:102.4.
