AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS PARK
ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF
ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted
December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is
hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by
reclassifying the following described land, to -wit:
Tracts A, B, and E, Registered Land
Survey No. 864
from 1-2 Industrial District to B-2 General Business District, and
said lands may be used for permitted uses of the B-2 General Business
District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the re ;ulations
applicable to said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.
