That the Section 2:1602 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code entitled "License ? equired" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2:1602. License Required. No person shall sell milk or cream within corporate -limits of the City of St. Louis Park with- out being licensed to do so by the City Manager. Every st,.ch license shall be given only to a person owning or leasing the vehicle or place from which sales are to be made. Nothing herein shall be construed to require any person to obtain a license under this section to sell or peddle the products of the farm or garden occupied and cuitivatecl by him. No person properly licensed as a food establishment under the requirements of the Food Ordinance, Ordinance No. 785, passed May 22, 1961, shall be required to obtain a license under this section, but such licenseasshall be subject to all applicable regulations of Sections 2:1601, 2:1607 and 2:1608 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code, relating to the handling of milk or cream. Section 2.
