LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Sectior. 1. That the City has acquired that part of -Lot 31, South Crestview Addition, St. Louis Park, Minnesota, lying Northerly of a line running from the Northwest corner of Lot 28 in said addition to a point in the Vest line of Lot 31, distant 60 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof, for street and drainage purposes by State tax deed without payment therefor, and Section 2. That the County of Hennepin is planning to construct a new road and bridges for County Road 18 and has requested that the City of St. Louis Park convey its ownership of access to County Road 18, and Section 3. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized on behalf of the City to execute and deliver a quit claim deed on behalf of the City conveying and releasing to Hennepin County access to County Road 18 isrom the land above described without payment therefor, and Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council July 29, 1963.
