LOUIS PARK DCES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the City has acquired a frame house and garage located upon Lot 21, Block 2, Minikanda Vista 2nd Addition. Section 2. That it is hereby determined that said buildings, title to which is now in the City of St. Louis Park, and no longer needed for any public purposes,and it is in the best interests of the City and for the public good that the same be sold and that no indebtedness was incurred by the City for the purchase of said property. Section 3. It is hereby determined that the reasonable fair market value of said property is $ 501. 00 , after advertising for bids therefor. Section 4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized in behalf of thc City to execute deeds and other instruments of conveyance nec- essary for the sale of said land to John P. O'Rourke for thc sum of $501. 00 Dollars. Section 5. That tha proceeds of thc above mentioned sale shall be placed in the General Fund. Section 6. ThLs ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council July 29, 1963.
