LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lot 15 and that part of Lot 16, lying west of the east 254 feet thereof, Home Addition to St. Louis Park from B-2 General Business District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the R-4 One to Eleven Family District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
