LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES CF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No: 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, Hanke's Minikanda Terrace ,Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Hanke's Replat Lots I, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 3, Hanke's Minikanda Terrace Lot 1, Block 4, Hanke's Minikanda Terrace from R-3 Two Family Residence District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the 2.-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District.
