LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the following section of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1:308 A is amended to read as follows Section 1:308. Compensation Plan. A Compensation Plan for all positions subject to this Drdinance is hereby established. A. Elements of the Flan.' The Compensation shall consist of: 1. Basic Tables of Numbered Pay Ranges. Each numbered pay range in the basic tables consists of a minimum and maximum bi-weekly rate with intermediate pay steps at approximately five per cent (5%) intervals.
