The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730,• as heretofore amended, is her:•by further amended by chan3ing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, all in Richmond Addition fro:r. R-3 Two Family Resident;. District to R-4 One to Eleven Family Residence District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the R-_ One to Eleven Family District, all of which uses shall comply with all the regulations applicable to said District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
