LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: That part of the north one-half of the southwest one-quarter (N 1/2 of SW 1/4) of Section 8, Township 117, Range 21, lying southerly of Hutchinson Branch, Great Northern Railway right- of-way. Subject to the rights of the public over that portion used for street purposes. from R-1 Single Family Residence District and R -B Residential Business District to R -B Residential Business District and B-3 Business District as follows: That part of the northeast quarter of the southwest -quarter (NE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 8, Township 117, Range 21, lying south of the Great Northern Railway right-of-way and north of a line parallel to and 374 feet north of the south line of said northeast quarter of southwest quarter (NE 1/4 of SW 1/4) to B-3 Business District, and the remainder to R -B Residential Business District as follows: That part of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter (NW 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 8, Township 117, Range 21 lying south of the Great Northern Railway (Hutchinson Branch) right-of-way and that part of the northeast quarter of said southwest quarter (NE 114 of SW 1/4), Section 8, Township 117, Range 21, lying south of a line parallel to and 374 feet north of the south line of said northeast quarter of southwest quarter (NE 1/4 of SW 1/4) and said land may be used for permitted uses of the R -B Residential_ Business District and B-3 Business District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said district, �a� S:?5t.>.!it,l.:�}`i _`-_ ✓}'<Y:J�rr1 .,^.,�_'�.L�c`.Y".icv�' ''-- ^-`^"xv�^��:s3 'tet '',�4 Section 2.
