LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: / Section 1. It is hereby determined that the City Council by its Rerelution No. 1991 has initiate_1 on its own motion, street vacation pro- ccc•_'ir.gs with respect to the portion of street hereinafter described, and the Clerk having published notice in the official City newspaper, the St. Louis Park Dispatch, on February 1, 1962, as directed by the Council, and the City Council having met at the time and place as published in said notice and having conducted a public hearing on said vacation and having determined that said portion of street is not needed for public purposes, and tnat it is for the best interests of the public that said portion of street be vacated. Section Z. The following described portion of street, as now dedicated ane laid out within the corporate Limits of the City of St. Louis Park, is hereby vacated: South twenty (20) feet of Lot D. Registered Land Survey #372. Section 3. The City Cler'.: is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for recorzi forthwith in the office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles, in and for the County of Hennepin, Minnesota, as the case may be. Section 4.
