LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. It is hereby determined that all that part of the East One Hundred Sixty (E160) feet of the West Half of the East Half (W 1/2 of E 1/2) of the northeast Quarter of the northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 of NE 1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township One Hundred Seventeen (117), Range Twenty-one (21), lying north (N) of the south Nine Hundred Forty (S940) feet thereof and south (S) of the north Two Hundred Thirty-three (233) feet thereof; subject to an easernentVfor road purposes over the east Thirty (E30) feet thereof; subject to restrictions and reservations if any of record; title to which is now in the City of St. Louis Park, is no longer needed for the public purposes for which is was acquired and it is in the best interests of the City that same be sold; and (2) that no indebtedness was incurred by the City for purchase of said property. Section 2. It is hereby determined that the reasonable fair market value of raid property is equal to the sum of $2, 512. 58, and the other valuable considerations obtained by the City in the exchange therefor as hereinafter set forth. Section 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a Quit Claim Deed on behalf of the City con- veying said premises to General Realty Company, a Minnesota corporation, upon receipt of the said sum of $2, 512.58 and dismissal of two tax appeals of General Realty Company and three tax appeals of Adolph Fine now pending in District Court of Hennepin County and appropriate deeds or instruments re- leasing all claims of General Realty Company to a strip of land sixty (60) feet •'.ide abutting the above described property on the South. Section 4.
