LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. It is hereby determined that a petition in writing, signed by a majority of all of the owners of all property abutting upon both sides of the Public Utility Easement and a majority of owners of all property in the entire block which contains the clic Utility Easement hereinafter de- scribed, has been duly filed with the City Clerk, requesting vacation of said Public Utility Easement, and the City Clerk has furnished a copy of said petition to the City Manager who has reported filing of same to thc City Council, and the Clerk has published notice in thc official city newspaper, the St. Louis Park Dispatch or. September 28, 1Q61, as directed by the Council and the City Council has met at the time and glace as published in said notice and has conducted a public hearing on said petition and hereby determines that said Public Utility Easement is not needed for public purposes, and that it is for the best interests of the public that said Public Utility Easement be vacated a:, pe titien^_ i. Section 2. The following described length of the Public Utility Easement, as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, be hereby vacated: • Utility easement twdnty (20) feet wide on the south ten (10) feet of Lot 2 and the north ten (10) foot of Lot 3, Block 3, Texa-Ton'.ca Terrace 2nd Addition, excepting the utility easement six (6) feet in width on the easterly six (6) feet of said Lots two (2) and three (3) • Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for record forthwith in the Office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles in and for the Ccunty of Hennepin, Minnesota., as the case may be.
