LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE," SECTIONS 6:092. 3 AND 6:101.4 RELATING TO NURSING HOMES AND REPEALING SECTION 6:091.4 RELATING TO NURSING HOMES, REST HOMES OR OLD PEOPLE'S HOMES AND SIMILAR USES. THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Sections 6:092.3 and 6:101:4 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, entitled "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:092. 3 Nursing homes, zest homes, old people's homes, and other similar uses, provided the site shall contain not less than five hundred (500) square feet of lot area for each person to be accosnmodathd. hospitals for human care, sanitariums, provided all structures for uses described in this section shall be located not less than twenty-five (25) feet from a lot line of an abutting lot in an "It" District, Section 6:101.4 Nursing homes, rest homes or old-p-dople's homes and other similar uses, provided the site shall not contain less than four hundred (400) square feet of lot area for each person to be accommodated, hospitals for human care and sanitariums. Section 2. Section 6:091.4 is hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the City Council Nc--c:nber 6, 1961.
