LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 6:164.3 RELATING TO FRONT YARD DEPTH IN 1-3 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT T1 -L CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: 8G Section 1. That Section 6:164.3 of Ordinance No. 730 passed December 28, 1959 entitled "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:164.3. Where adjacent lots within the blockfront, or those lots on both sides of a lot within three hundred (300) feet along the block - front, whichever is less, are occupied by a prin- cipal structure having a setback less than twenty (20) feet from the street, the required front yara depth shall be equal to or greater than the average setback of the adjacent structures. If only one (1) lot is occupied by a principal structure, the front yard depth shall be one-half (1/2) the sum of twenty (201 feet plus the depth of the setback of that. adjacent principal structure. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
