LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Sub`ivision 7 of Ordinance 770 entitled "An O: -_finance Regulating the Design, Specification and Installation of Electric �r s, Apparatus and Plants" adopted January 23, 1961 is amended to read follows • Section 5:504, Cubdivision 7. HEATING DEVICES - MOTORS - RANSFORNiERS, ETC. For each permit for wiring for, installing and ccnnec$tng electric motors, or other apparatus rated in horsepower (H.P.) th.:rc shall be a minimum fee for the first one (1) H.P., or fraction thereof, of 52.00. And for each a±iitional horsepower (H. P.) or fraction thereof, :~cess of one (1) H. P., but not exceeding two hundred (200) H.P., 20 cents. And for each ten (10) horsepower, or fraction thereof, in :.c•_ s s of two hundred (200) H. ; . , 20 cents. For each permit for wiring for, installing and connecting tra nsfc,rmLrs for lighting; or h;, t or power, generators, heating devices, r-ctif:crs or othar apparatus rated in watts, K V 4-1 or KVAR there shall minimum fee of $2. 00 for the first one (1) Kilo -volt-ampere (K.V.A.) c___: city or fraction thereof, except for replacement of an electric range for orncstic use, the fee shall be $2.00.
