LOUIS PARK ZONLtTG ORDINANCE SECTION 6:172.4 SUBD. 24 RELATING TO PARKING REQUIREMENTS. THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 6:172.4 Subd. 24 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, entitled "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:172.4 - Subd. 24 - Furniture Store, Appliance Store, Wholesale, Auto Sales, Studios, Commercial Greenhouse, Kennels. At least one (1) parking space for each four hundred (400) square feet of floor area. Open sales lots shall provide one and one-half (1-1/2) parking spaces for each employee on maximum shift but not less than three (3) spaces. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
