(V AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 730 PASSED DECEMBER 28, 1959, ENTITLED "ST. LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE, RE- LATING TO MINIMUM YARD REQUIREMENTS" THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: 9D Section 1. That Section 6:124.4 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, entitled "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 6:124.4. The following minimum requirements shall be observed or exceeded subject to the additional requirements, exceptions, and modifications as set forth in Section 6:178: Height 1 through 6 stories Front Yard Depth 20 feet Side Yard Width None except when abutting a side yard in an "R" District and then the same as the side yard require- ments in the "R" Districts, except as required by Section 6:124. 3 Rear Yard Width None except when abutting a side yard in an "R" District and then the same as the side yard require- ment in the "R" Districts, except as required by Section 6:124. 3 Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
