LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO THE SALE OF NON - INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR OR BEVERAGE (SALE OF 3.2 BEER) AMENDING SECTION 2:103 CLASSIFICA- TION OF LICENSES, SUBSECTION 2:107 (d) RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE OF LICENSES, AND SUBSECTION 2:108 (b) CONDITIONS OF LICENSE AND REGULATIONS, INSPECTION, WINDOWS, ENTERTAINMENT THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: 7-iir- E Section 1. That the following sections of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code are hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2:103. Classification of Licenses. Licenses under this ordinance shall be of two kinds, viz: (a) (b) "On sale" licenses, which shall permit the licensee to sell non -intoxicating malt liquor for consumption on the premises of the licensee described in the license. An "off sale" license shall permit the licensee to sell such non -intoxicating malt liquor in original packages not to be consumed upon the premises described in such license. Section 2:107 (d) "On Sale" licenses shall be granted only to restaurants, hotels and bona fide clubs provided that no manu- facturer or wholesaler of such non -intoxicating malt liquors shall have any ownership, in whole or in part, in the business of any licensee holding an "on sale" license. It is further provided that no "on sale" license shall be granted, in any event, to any person unless there is conducted at the place for which the license is issued a bona fide and regular eating establishment where meals are regularly served, and said eating establishment has been in operation for at least 6 months. Section 2:108 (b) Inspection, Windows, Entertainment The premises named in any license shall at all times while open to the public be also open to inspection and examination by any police or health officer of the City.
