ORDINANCE NO. 763
NOVEMBER 7, 1960
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ST. LOUIS
PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING
BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The St. Louis Park •Zoning Ordinance adopted
December 28, 1`959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is
hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by
reclassifying the following described land, to -wit:

Northeast corner of the property (4500 Block) on
Minnetonka Boulevard East of the Star of Bethlehem
Home, described as follows, to -wit: That part of the
South one-half (S-1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4)
of the Southeast Quarter (SE -1/4) of Section thirty-one
(31), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-four
(24), described as follows: Commencing at a point Fifty
(50) feet West of the Southwest corner of Lot Seven (7),
Block Two (2), McCarty's First Addition to Fern Hill;
thence in a Northerly direction from said point parallel
with the West line of Block Two (2), McCarty's First
Addition to Fern Hill for a distance of One Hundred Fifty
(150) feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described;
continuing in a Northerly direction from said point of begin-
ning parallel with the West line of said Block Two (2), to the
North line of the South one-half (S-1/2)of the Southwest Quarter
(SW -1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE -1/4) of said Section
Thirty-one (31); thence East a distance of Fifty (50) feet along
said North line, thence in a Southerly direction along the
West line of said Block Two (2) as extended, and along said
West line, to a point One Hundred Fifty (150) feet North of
the Southwest corner of Lot Seven (7) in said Block Two (2);
thence West a distance of Fifty (50) feet to the point of beginning.
from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-4 One to Eleven Family
Residence District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of
the R-4 One to Eleven Family District, all of which uses shall comply

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.

of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mall matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
ing first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
lipelegal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
