LOUIS PARK ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BOUNDARIES OF ZONING DISTRICTS 7C THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. The St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance adopted December 28, 1959, Ordinance No. 730, as heretofore amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zoning district boundaries by reclassifying the following described land, to -wit: Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Texa-Tonka Terrace 1st Addition from B-1 Neighborhood Business District to R -B Residence -Business District, and said land may be used for permitted uses of the R -B Residence -Business District, all of which uses shall comply with all of the regulations applicable to said District. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
