LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: 5 C Section 1. It is hereby determined that upon recommendation of the Planning Commission the City Council of the City of St. Louis Park by Reso- lution No. 1320 passed June 20, 1960, initiated proceedings for vacation of the streets hereinafter described, and the Clerk having published notice in the official City newspaper, the St. Louis Park Dispatch, on June 30, 1960, as directed by the Council, and the City Council having met at the time and place as published in said notice and having conducted a public hearing on said petition and having determined that said portions of streets are not needed for public purposes, and that it is for the best interests of the public that said portions of streets be vacated as petitioned. Section 2. The following described portions of streets, as now dedicated and laid out within the corporate limits of the City of St. Louis Park, be hereby vacated. That portion of West 43-1/2 Street lying between the West line of Dart Avenue and a line perpendicular to the South line of West 43-1/2 Street from a point on said South line of West 43- 1/2 Street at the inter- section of the line forming the rear boundary of Lot 23 and Lot 1 of Block 11, Browndale Park, to the Northerly line of West 43-1/2 Street; and that part of Glenn Place lying between the South line of West 43-1/2 Street and a line drawn across Glenn Place connecting the Southerly boundary lines of Lot 5, Block 11, and Lot 18, Block 12, all of Browndale Park, and according to the plat of Browndale Park, on file' and/of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for record forthwith in the office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles, in and for the County of Hennepin, Minnesota, as the case may be. • Page 2.
