HomeMy WebLinkAbout752 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1960/08/03Li I 7/7/60 AUGUST 8, 1960 ORDINANCE NO. 7.x, 2 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATION FOR EXPENDITURES AS INDICATED The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. That the sum of $10, 000. 00 be transferred from the Emergency Allowance Appropriation of the General Fund, Account 101-497-49 to the following account in the General Fund. 101-437-29 Insect and Pest Control $10, 000. 00 (Mosquito Abatement) Section 2. That the estimated revenues of the State Aid Street Maintenance Fund, Account 213-341. 04 "Revenue from Other Agencies" be re -estimated in the additional amount of $2, 850. 00 and that the sum of $17, 000. 00 be appropriated from the Unappropriated Surplus of the State Aid Street Maintenance Fund to Account 213-427-70.01 "Transfer to General Fund;' of the State Aid Street Maintenance Fund. Section 3. That the estimated revenues of the General Fund, Account 101-396. 10 "Transfer from Other Funds", be re -estimated in the additional amount of $17, 000. 00 resulting from "transfer" in Section 2, and that said sum be appropriated from the Unappropriated Surplus of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund for street maintenance materials for Fiscal year 1960: 422 - 36 Commodities -Maintenance and repair of other improvements $17, 000. 00 Section 4. That the City Manager be directed to cause the appropriate accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the City. Section 5. That this ordinance take effect fifteen days after its publication once in the official newspaper of the City.
