ORDINANCE NO. 750
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATIONS
FOR EXPENDITURES AS INDICATED
The City of St. Luis Park does ordain:
Section 1. That the sum of $2, 000. 00 be transferred from the
Emergency Allowance Appropriation of the General Fund, Account
101-497-49 to the following accounts in the General Fund:
101-411-51 Police Protection . $2, 000. 00
Section 2. That the City Manager be directed to cause the
appropriate accounting entries to be made in the books and records of the
City.
Adopted by the City Council August 8,. 1960.

THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which bas been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to, paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mail matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hay -
first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
