HomeMy WebLinkAbout747 - ADMIN Ordinance - City Council - 1960/05/31Original 5/13/60 MAY 16, 1960 ORDINANCE NO. 7 4 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.662 PASSED DECEMBER 1, 1958, ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE REGULEITING AND LICENSING CHILDREN'S AMUSEMENT DEVICES The City of St. Louis Park does ordain: Section 1. That Section 2:450 of Ordinance No. 662 passed December 1, 1958 entitled .An Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Children's Amusement Devices is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 2:450 Definitions. As used herein the term "person" shall include any person, persons, firm, partnership or corporation and the term "amuse- ment device" shall mean and include devices for the enjoyment of children, designed for and used by children on any premises to which the public is invited, such as but not limited to any self propelled or mechanically or electrically operated vehicle, cart, auto, horse, boat, airplane or equipment of similar design which may or may not be placed on a stationary platform and which devices provide an up and down, rocking, circular, or free running motion. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
