ORDINANCE NO. 745
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FOLLOWING
SECTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 730, PASSED
DECEMBER 28, 1959, ENTITLED "ST. LOUIS
PARK ZONING ORDINANCE, "SECTION 6:049. 3
OPEN STORAGE, SECTION 6:049.4 MANUFACT-
URING IN "B-1" DISTRICTS, SECTION 6:171. 1,
SUBD. 13 SIGNS, SECTION 6:172.2, SUBD. 4,
PARKING YARD REQUIREMENTS
THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Sections 6:049. 3, 6:049. 4, 6:171. 1, Subd. 13, and
6:172.2, Subd. 4 of Ordinance No. 730, passed December 28, 1959, en-
titled "St. Louis Park Zoning Ordinance" are hereby amended to read as
follows:
Section 6:049. 1- Open storage in conjunction with a permitted
business shall be prohibited in the "R -B", "B-1", and "B-2"
Districts except as specifically permitted elsewhere in this
ordinance.
Section 6:049.4. - Goods produced on the premises in the "B-1"
District shall be sold only at retail on the premises and the pro-
cesses and equipment employed in production shall be of such
character that no offensive odor, dust, smoke, ash, gas, noise,
vibration or refuse matter are produced from the use thereof.
Section 6:171. 1. Subd. 13 - For the purpose of selling or pro-
moting a residential project of six (6) or more dwelling units
or an industrial project as defined in Section 6:176. 3, a sign
not to exceed one hundred (100) square feet may be erected on
the project site.
Section 6:172.2, Subd. 4 - Yards. Parking areas shall be
subject to front yard and to side yard requirements on a street
abutting a corner lot in accordance with the requirements for
the Use District in which the parking is located, except that
when such use is off-street parking as permitted in Sections
6:062.6, 6:172.1 and 6:082. 1, such side and front yard depths
may be reduced to not less than fifteen (15) feet.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after
its publication.

ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mall matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
ing first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
of legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
for proofs of its said qualification A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society, St Paul
