LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC AND MOTOR VEHICLE REGULATIONS, SECTION 3:101, ENTITLED "PENALTY" 7D THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Section No. 3:101 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 3:101 Penalty It shall be unlawful and a violation of the requirements of Section 3: 100 for any person to violate within the City of St. Louis Park any provision of such statutes incorporated herein, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100) or imprisoned not to exceed ninety (90) days, except as otherwise provided in the Sections adopted in Section 3:100. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication. Adopted by the Ci Co Marc 8, 1960.
