Princeton Avenue in the City of St. Louis Park,
Hennepin County, Minnesota
all according to the plat of Wooddale Park, on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin County.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare a Notice
of Completion containing a copy of this ordinance and to file the same for
record forthwith in the office of the Register of Deeds or Registrar of Titles,
in and for the County of Hennepin, Minnesota, as the case may be.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its
publication.

equipped with skilled workmen and the necessary material for preparing and printing the same
THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publication, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
Place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mail matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
ing first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
of legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor

AN, ORDINANCE VACATING THAT
PORTION OF FORTY-SECOND
STREET LYING. --BETWEEN
RALEIGH AVENUE, AND.,
- ^QUENTIJ•PiCINCETO$ AVENUE -
- THE CITY OF ST.- LOUIS PARK
DOES;ORDAIN
Section 1. It i9 hereby determined
that the City Council by its Resolu-
tion"No. 1181 has initiated on its own
motion, street vacation proceedings
with - respect to. the portion of street
hereinafter described, and the Cleric
having published notice in the official
City newspaper, the St Louis Park
Dispatch, on March 3, 1960, as di
rected by the Council, and the City
Council having met at the time and
place as published in said notice and
having condugted a, public hearing on
said petitiOR,sah-Ifaving determined
that said portion of street is_ not
needed for publie purposes, and that
it is for the beat interests of the
public that said portion of street be
vacated.,
Section 2. The following described
portion of street, as now dedicated
and laid out within the corporate lim•
its of the City of St. Louts Park, is
hereby vatated
That portion of West Forty.4c-
ond Street lying between the ex-
.- tension Southerly of the East line
of that part of Raleigh Avenue
lying North of said Forty Second
Street, and the West side 01 Quen-
tin rihceten Avenue in the City
of StLoma Park, Hennepin Coun-
ty, Minnesota
all according to the plat of Wood.
