LOUIS PARK CODE RELATING TO RULES GOVERN- ING PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL SECTION 1:219 ENTITLED "COMMITTEES" THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Section No. 1:219 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1:219 Committees As soon as practicable after the first meeting in each year with approval of the Council, the Mayor shall appoint not more than three of the Council, one of whom shall be designated by the Mayor to be chairman, to serve on each of the following standing committees of the Council, which are hereby established; the personnel of such committees to be subject to change by action of the Council at any time: 1. Audits, Claims and Investigation. 2. Finance. 3. Rules and Procedure. 4, Ordinance Review. 5. State Highway Committee. The duties of the standing committees shall be limited to in- vestigation, consideration of legislative matters, and report in writing to the Council of recommendations and conclusions in regard thereto. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
