LOUIS PARK ORDINANCE CODE RE- LATING TO OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC MORALITY AND DECENCY, SECTION 4:414 ENTITLED "INTOXICATION" THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK DOES ORDAIN: MAR. 7, 1960 Section 1. That Section 4:414 of the St. Louis Park Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 4:414 INTOXICATION 1. No person shall become intoxicated by voluntarily drinking intoxicating liquor. 2. No person shall in the City of St. Louis Park expose himself in any street, alley, public place or in any public meeting, or in any place of voting at any election or street assembly in a state of drunkeness or intoxication. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect fifteen days after its publication.
