SECTION 1, That the Section No., 1-272 of the S. ',Dais Park
Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 10272, Lozci,n i d Related Matters.
r(1) Rezoning. No application for change in the boundaries of
any ,Zoning District &ball hereafter be filed until the petitioner or
petitioners shall have paid to the City Treasurer the aur(, oJ:.F i..fty

equipped with skilled workmen and the necessary material for preparing and printing the same
THE ST LOUIS PARK DISPATCH has had in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent
of its news columns devoted to local news of interest to said community it purports to serve, the
press work of which has been done in its said known place of publlcation, has contained general
news, comments and miscellany, has not duplicated any other publication, has not been entire-
ly made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements, has been circulated at and near its said
place of publication to the extent of 240 copies regularly delivered to paying subscribers, has been
entered as second class mail matter in local post office of its said place of publication, that there
has been on file in the office of the County Auditor of said county the affidavit of a person hav-
ing first hand knowledge of the facts constituting its qualifications as a newspaper for publication
of legal notices, and that its publishers have complied with all demands of said County Auditor
for proofs of its said qualification A copy of each issue has been filed with the State Historical
Society, St Paul.

ir SECTION 1. That the- Section- No
1 272 of the St Louis Park Ordinance
Code is hereby amended to read as
follows.
Section 1.272. Zoning and Related
Matters
(1) Rezoning No application for
change In the boundaries of any Zon-

tion for a special permit under the

paid to the City Treasurer the sum
sof Fifteen Dollars ($1500).
(3) -Variances No application for
a variance from the piovisions of the
St Louis -Park Zoning Ordinance as
amended, shall be. filed until the
applicant shall have paid to the City
Treasurer the aum of Fifteen Dollars
(81500). ,
(4) Refunding of Fee. If a peti-
tion for rezoning or an application
for a speclah permit or a variance
shall be withdrawn prior to initial
consideration: by the Planning Com-
mission or Board of Zoning Appeals,
or' if such a petition or application
shall be denied by the Council upon
initial consideration by that body
without referral to the Planning
Commission, or Board of Zoning Ap-,
peals, the fee shall be refunded to
the applicant If such a petition for
rezoning is withdrawn by tpe peti-
tioner or denied by the Council af-
ter initial consideration by the Plan-
ning Commission but before publi-
cation of notice of hearing, one-half
of the fee shall be refunded to the
petitioner
SUCTION 2 This ordinance I shall
take effect fifteen_ days after its
publication
